Alliance Française Ostrava is a non-profit organisation with its seat in the centre of Ostrava. It helps to spread French language and francophone culture in the Moravian-Silesian region and on this night it will present its cultural and pedagogical activities in an accessible manner.

• 19.00–20.00 Basics of French

Alliance Française invites you to participate in a lesson covering French for beginners. Our lecturers will help you learn basic phrases through the use of which you can handle simple communication when you next visit France. We’ll tell you how to order in a restaurant, do some shopping or how to ask somebody for directions.

• 20.00–23.00
  A tour through the regions of France

Lectures involving tasting some of the French delicacies.

Want to discover the most interesting places in France? Please accept our invitation to a little Tour de France during which you’re going to fall in love with this country. The atmosphere of the Czech-French evening will be supplemented by sampling of some local delicacies.

The actual programme of the lectures will be displayed on our website and displayed on the door of Alliance Française Ostrava.
